The primary aim of this design review was to critically evaluate the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of the Adax Wi-Fi App.

With the rapidly evolving standards in mobile app design and the constant drive to provide a more enriching experience for users, it's vital to periodically assess and improve the design based on user feedback and best practices.
This review does the following:
- Identifies potential areas of improvement within the app, ensuring it remains both user-friendly and competitive in the market.
- Evaluates the app's accessibility to guarantee it's inclusive and usable by all potential users, including those with disabilities.
- Offers actionable recommendations to enhance the overall user experience and interface design, ensuring the app continues to grow and engage its user base.
- By conducting this review, we aim to align Adax Wifi's design closer to its users' needs and expectations, ultimately resulting in increased user satisfaction and retention.
Final report
A comprehensive report was delivered to ADAX, detailing platform-specific issues to ensure consistency across iOS and Android, recommendations for optimizing app load times, improvements to streamline the user journey, and suggestions to standardize UI elements.
The report also emphasized the importance of enhancing accessibility to meet WCAG 2.1 standards, ultimately aimed at improving overall user satisfaction and app performance.
Some nice-to-have features were included as suggestions as well.
